Hi All,

I would Def recommend Westrand Honda for servicing.

I had my car serviced there on Friday. From the start it was the best experience ever.

Easiest check in and helpfulness ever. Honda chick is awesome!! Told me when my car would be ready.. and gee guess what it actually was! Mark patiently listened to all my questions and answered all. And the absolute cherry on the top ? My baby feels like she is running on NOS

So A really big thank u to all who made it so.

Best dealer Highly recommend!!

I also though that Honda west rand rocked, although I have had troubles in the past with them, but seriously. After the service I have recieved from them and what happened today at the dealership, my eyes are finally open. I'm seriously think of trading in my Fireblade for a BMW just for the service satisfaction.

Hi All.

Just to let everyone know that I still was not contact by Honda Westrand in any matter, via telephone, SMS, e-mail or any other way with regards to my queries I e-mail John White or discussed with Doug on Friday. It is a real pitty as I thought that my concerns would be addressed and or have had some postive feedback with regards to some sort of resolutions. This again dissapoints me and I wonder to what lenghts I should go before I'm atleast being contacted to let me know what is going on or what the plans are or to what investigation or rectification is going on. Doug promised that Marc would contact me today.... Still waiting. I wonder if some of the people there if know what the meaning of customer service is? "sum of acts and elements that allow consumers to receive what they need or desire from a consumer/service provider." I work for a service provider in the long term insurance industry and this sort of service would be totally unacceptable at my company.

The problems I have with regards to my motorcycle was addressed to Mr. White. I have given them chance to respond to my concern, but it seems that the only way I would get results if I go public with my concerns. Does anybody know what the Customer Care General manager for Honda South Africa's name and e-mail is?

Just to advise, John white is no longer our DP, so any correspondence to him would be futile.
Mark is aware of the situation and is dealing with your insurance company where the issues arose. He expects an answer from them tomorrow. Our apologies for not contacting you today, but Apex only sent though the concerns via e-mail at 4pm this afternoon. Please understand that we have to adhere to insurance and assessors' instructions when dealing with accident claims, and although we understand that you are unhappy, these issues unfortunately have a longer route to follow before getting sorted out.
