a minute after i pulled from the 400m start line the time keeper stopped cause i wasnt done so i have no times

it may sound funny, but i remember the one night we were at wesbank and my mate's mate was there in an E36 323i for the first time. Being the drag whore i used to be, he asked me how to do it etc. So i explained what the starter man would do and how he must warm up his tyres etc.

So, he does a ok-ish burnout and makes smoke and pulls forward, over the start line. He reverses back onto it, all ready for the race, 3-2-1 BWAAAHAHAHAHAHA. The fool left it in reverse!

Completely forgot to post after visiting the track and now that I saw some new posts("new posts" forum browser ), it kinda reminded me.
Went through to Tarlton about 2-3months back(flipping freezing night ) and decided to put the cabbie down the strip, as my mate had decided to put his modded CTi on the track that night. Anyways, I did 3 runs for the night with my second one being the better one. No burnout and running on my standard everyday pressures(2.5bar), I managed to pull off a 16.7sec 400m time. Later on I will take her down again and look forwqard to seeing the differences between the two, but I'm happy with that result for now

well basically if/when we have MSA accreditation as a club you would specify HOCSA as your club when buying your MSA license...
